What Is Your Battle Cry?

Hark! Who is that, rampaging out of the fields! It is Sophie, hands clutching a piece of chainlink fence! She howls apocalyptically:

"Vengeance and goo flow from my veins! I bring darkness and mayhem like a four-year-old on a sugar rampage!"

ok. i felt that last post looked kinda boring so just to liven things up and to commorate the end of my art project here's a few other thing's that i've made in art during the year.
(that's actually william btw) (mahahahaha!)

The other one's a pot based on a shell. i'll leave you to work out which is which.
I now have a new art project based on the bloomsbury group who where a bunch of boho types who where active around the beginning of the century and lived very premiscuously. And just to show you what a bunch of weirdo's these people were i'm going to quote from an extract that i found about them:
"Although Vanessa Stephen (that's Virginia Woolf's sister btw) married Clive Bell,(Some writer) the great love of her life was Duncan Grant (some painter), who was primarily gay and had been sexually involved with her brother Adrian. During World War I, they lived together at a country estate with David "Bunny" Garnett (Nope i haven't a clue who this guy is), who was a lover of both (Hmmmm)."
Are you worried for my sanity yet? Still it does look like a fun project. Mad boho types are always interesting to study. :D

i've finally finished my art!

well, not my art exactly. that'll never be finished. But i've finished my self potrtraiture final piece. it's based on the pre-raphealite style so it's full of really weird details which have taken me ages to paint.
For those who don't already know, the little faery in the background is my brother william (he stopped modeling for me after this). am going to bed now as it is ridiculously late and i have my theatre studies practacle exam in the morning. goodnight.

Jubilate!

weeeeeeee! Just got back from last performance of 'Daisy Pulls it off' now i'm hyper. it looked like it was going to be a disaster at the beginning of the night because Hattie (who plays Daisy, and is incredibly sweet) had a sore throat, and some of the girls had a fight, and one of the props went missing, and 1 girl got a nosebleed. But as ever, it was all ok in the end (makes me think of a 'Shakespeare in Love' quote). So here’s a picture. i'm on the end in the cream dress playing the part of 'mother'- highly glamorous- my heels were huge and now my feet kill. ah, all for the love of theatre.

Australian Cousins

my uncle just sent a picture of my baby cousin Mia. isn't she cute!

in other news:
-not wanting to incur harriet's wrath i have changed the template on my Blog

-i am appearing in a play called Daisy pulls it off tomorrow in which i have exactly ten lines, (not spectacular but it's ten more than mr. howard ever gave me.) so not going to be free for a while

-and i'm never going to finish my art, as per usual.
